Work send me out to San Francisco again and this time I got to do more sight seeing. I met up with Mike
Tsuya from AZ and Miss Ito from Tokyo, Japan. We had a great time. After our meeting on the first day we were free to go do some sight seeing.
Tsuya is familiar with the city so he took us to see the Golden Gate Bridge. What a beautiful sight!

Ito and I after our meeting. We got to view the line so we had to dress up to be static free.
We went to one of the "
scenic view" locations to take some pictures and I am so happy with them.
I love this picture!

I just couldn't resist!
Alcatraz Island
I had a great time and it was a beautiful day for it. After that we went to Fisherman's Wharf and had an excellent crab dinner.

The next day
Tsuya headed home and Ito and I planned for a road trip. We decided to go to the "17 mile drive". Just for future reference to everyone who is in San Fran and wants to take this drive. It's an all day thing. It's down in
Monetary.
On the way there we had the opportunity to stop in
Castroville at a local farm stand that had some really cool products. The most interesting were "
Fartless Black Bean Salsa" and "Marilyn Merlot". This is the artichoke capitol and it was fun driving down the road and seeing fields of artichokes instead of fields of corn. It was a nice change.

Anyway, we got lost (big
surprise since I was driving and all) and ended up finding really cool beaches and seeing some people jumping off cliffs with
parachutes and sailing around. It was great.
This is one of the beaches we found when we were lost
Along the drive they have different stopping points, I just HAD to stop at Point Joe and see what it was all about.
At the Lone Cypress stop there were these squirrels that wanted you to feed them. I couldn't believe how close they got. There were three of them running around looking for food.
We had so much fun and I even learned a little Japanese. I now know how to say Hello, I am Kelli in Japanese. Thanks Ito!
