Work Trip to San Francisco (April 18-20)

Work send me out to San Francisco again and this time I got to do more sight seeing. I met up with Mike Tsuya from AZ and Miss Ito from Tokyo, Japan. We had a great time. After our meeting on the first day we were free to go do some sight seeing. Tsuya is familiar with the city so he took us to see the Golden Gate Bridge. What a beautiful sight! Ito and I after our meeting. We got to view the line so we had to dress up to be static free.

We went to one of the "scenic view" locations to take some pictures and I am so happy with them.

I love this picture!

I just couldn't resist!
Alcatraz Island

I had a great time and it was a beautiful day for it. After that we went to Fisherman's Wharf and had an excellent crab dinner.

The next day Tsuya headed home and Ito and I planned for a road trip. We decided to go to the "17 mile drive". Just for future reference to everyone who is in San Fran and wants to take this drive. It's an all day thing. It's down in Monetary.

On the way there we had the opportunity to stop in Castroville at a local farm stand that had some really cool products. The most interesting were "Fartless Black Bean Salsa" and "Marilyn Merlot". This is the artichoke capitol and it was fun driving down the road and seeing fields of artichokes instead of fields of corn. It was a nice change.

Anyway, we got lost (big surprise since I was driving and all) and ended up finding really cool beaches and seeing some people jumping off cliffs with parachutes and sailing around. It was great.
This is one of the beaches we found when we were lost
Along the drive they have different stopping points, I just HAD to stop at Point Joe and see what it was all about.
At the Lone Cypress stop there were these squirrels that wanted you to feed them. I couldn't believe how close they got. There were three of them running around looking for food.
We had so much fun and I even learned a little Japanese. I now know how to say Hello, I am Kelli in Japanese. Thanks Ito!

Dress Shopping (April 21)

We went to the mall to try and get M a dress for the wedding and it was so fun. Each dress that they tried on they checked themselves out in the mirror, then twirl and twirl, and jump and just touch all of the fabric. I was so happy I got to be there, they were just adorable! Yes, by the way, but we did not get a picture of it, LOL!
Each dress she got into she turned and said CHEESE! I guess she knows the routine
She just loved looking at each dress we put her in!
B had to get in on the action. She was so adorable! Still can't stand up straight so it looked like she was dancing in her dress, it was so cute!
Doesn't J look so happy!

The night of the dog bones (April 14)

After my Wingate family Easter dinner we had some people over in the garage. Jennie just finished a stint of Bella-Sitting and had dog food and treats in baggies in her purse.

Sometime during the time when Mollie and I left to walk Laura home to when we got back Jennie & Joey teamed up (big shock right?) and were putting dog treats in everyone pockets, hoodies, anything they could without getting caught. Apparently Johnny had enough and wanted to get rid of the bones so he decided to start eating them. I really wish I could upload a video I took because it is so funny! He ate so many he even started barking like a dog for a bit there, LOL!

Easter & Happy Birthday Nick (April 7)

Aunt Jeanne made a feast for Easter and it was so good! Between a good meal, great company and an awesome chair that gave out free massages all night we had a great time!

Grandpa catching it all on camera!

Also got to celebrate Nick's Birthday - 16, I can't believe it! Happy Birthday Nick!

Big Puppy in a little bed

I brought up Scarlet's old bed for the cats to use and they love it. Unfortunately for them I think Scarlet remembers this bed because she kicks the cats out and lays in it herself. Doesn't she just look pathetic though!

Eddie's Suprise Birthday Party (March 30)

Joey and I have left town on or before Eddie's Birthday every year for the past 4 years. We have not been able to celebrate since it's usually done while we are gone. Everyone pooled together and planned a suprise party for the weekend after we got home. This gave Eddie plenty of time to forget about his birthday to get a really good suprise. We all decorated the garage, broke out the pie shots and let the fun begin!

Johnny stood watch outside until Joey pulled up with Eddie. Eddie had been told that I made food, he had to come eat some yaddi yaddi yaddah...

He even wore the button all night!

Johnny started to get frisky so we wanted to keep track, LOL!

Pucker Up Ed!

Poor Flame Katie got her jacket burned at the bar. We always have tea candles burning to warm your hands if needed and she accidentally got ignited, LOL! Sorry about that Katie!
Happy Birthday to Ed... - Sorry about this picture Sarah!
Mollie gets her initiation to garage chalking, LOL!
Had no clue about chalk head at this point, LOL! We love U Mollie!Pete opens the beer with his arm. I can't believe I got a picture with the cap falling in it.

Joey got a scratch off and thought he won $10,000.00. They even went to the gas station to double check that he didn't win.

A truce is made

Isn't he so pretty slepping on the flowery pillow - AAAAAWWWWWWW

Brandie's Bachelorette Party (March 10)

Brandie & Mike are getting married so it's time for Girls Night OUT! We had a great time! It all started out at Ben Pao for dinner where our waiter gave each of us a stuffed animal pig to celebrate the Chinese New Year - The year of the pig.

Brandie with Big Momma and another drag queen from the club! What a blast! I laughed so hard the whole show!!
In the cab to catch the last train home to Woodstock.

Brie with Sloppy Joe on the train. It was like a game of where's waldo when we looked at the pictures the next day. He was in almost every single one from the train ride.
